Just looking at these peanut butter cookies make me want to fire up the oven and make my own. I love the criss-cross fork marks on the tops. That design takes me right back to my childhood! I can almost smell those fresh, warm, sweet, salty, nutty cookies cooling on the counter back home. Yum!

What is so special about Sprinkles Cupcakes?

I’ve never had a cupcake from Sprinkles, but if I’m ever in the neighborhood, you can bet I’m going to get one! These are the famous California cupcakes from “The Original Cupcake Bakery.” They are supposed to be so good, that even the skinny Hollywood girls eat them. What do you think? Have you ever had a Sprinkles cupcake? I love the way they are decorated in a very cool, mod style. I also love that the generous layer of icing is almost as thick as the cake itself. Mmmmm, icing…

You know how fresh cinnamon rolls smell? That warm, sweet, yeast-bread, cinnamon smell? I wish the Pioneer Woman had taken this photo with a smell-o-photo lens, because my mouth is watering just looking at these rolls!

My almost-famous mint chocolate fudge

This fudge has garnered countless compliments, and even a declaration of love! It’s a creamy blend of milk and semisweet chocolates, with mint extracts and some other stuff… One fan asked for more, and said, “When I eat it, it feels like my mouth is doing something naughty.” Seriously. I didn’t make that up.
